RE: SERVICE DELIVERY DURING COVID-19 LOCKDOWN 5th November - 2nd December 2020
Further to the Government announcement of a second lockdown due to COVID-19 the estate office will be closing to residents from 5th November until 2nd December 2020 in order to ensure that we maintain the required social distancing and to protect both our residents and staff from infection.
In these circumstances, we will continue to provide a repair service. Please do not ask that we attend to carry out repairs if you are unwell. Please remember that it is your responsibility to let the office and contractor know if you are unwell due to this virus.
The Waltham Estate staff will be working remotely to continue business as usual. You should call the office on 0207 926 90 83 or email us on email@example.com if you have a problem.
If you require day or annual parking permits please call the office and we will advise you.
In this difficult time for some elderly residents, we are asking you to volunteer to assist your elderly neighbours when and where possible.
The Lambeth Out of Hours emergency repairs service is available from 5pm to 8am and can be contacted on 020 7926 6666.
