RE: SERVICE DELIVERY DURING COVID-19 OUTBREAK
Further to out letter of 17 March, the Government advice on COVID-19 has again been changed. Therefore we have had look at the way in which we work. However, our commitment to deliver the best services we can remains central to everything we do.
Due to issues concerning the COVID-19 the estate office will be closing to residents from 19th March 2020 until further notice in order to ensure that we maintain the required social distancing and to protect both our residents and staff from infection.
In these circumstances, we will only be able to deliver an emergency repair service. Please do not ask that we attend to carry out repairs if you are unwell. Please remember that it is your responsibility to let the office and contractor know if you are unwell due to this virus.
The Waltham Estate staff will be working remotely to continue business as usual. You should call the office on 0207 926 90 83 or email us on firstname.lastname@example.org if you have a problem.
If you require day or annual parking permits please call the office and we will advise you.
In this difficult time for some elderly residents, we are asking you to volunteer to assist your elderly neighbours when and where possible.
During this time, we will be only dealing with emergency repairs.
The Lambeth Out of Hours emergency repairs service is available from 5pm to 8am and can be contacted on 020 7926 6666.
