Waltham Estate RMO routinely sends out service surveys for your completion.

 

The service areas you will receive a service satisfaction survey for are:

 

  • Repairs and maintenance
  • Gas servicing
  • Complaints
  • Reception
  • Moving in for new estate tenants
  • Anti-social behaviour
  • Capital and cyclical works

 

The RMO will also request residents to complete periodic questionnaires for:

  • Estate improvements
  • Estate cleaning
  • Estate parking
  • Crime perception
  • CCTV

 

Please take a few moments to complete our satisfaction surveys and questionnaires when they are sent to you. The feedback received will assist the RMO in improving the services we provide to you.

 

All returns will be entered into annual prize draws, and you could win £50 in gift vouchers!
